- Description:
- The intent of this Contract is to provide sidewalk and/or bus stop snow clearing maintenance. This Contract may include plowing snow and blowing snow from the sidewalk and bus stop surfaces. It may also include scraping ice and hard packed snow from these surfaces and applying de-icing/abrasive materials (i.e. salt, grit and/or sand/salt mixture) to secure footing. At the discretion of the Area Manager or designate, the contractor may be required to clear snow and apply de-icing/abrasive materials simultaneously.
