REQUIREMENT:The City of Ottawa has a requirement for qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the provision of grass mowing and trimming at City-owned properties and right of ways in Zone SP3 in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of RFT No. 15225-98836-T02.Documents are only available from Merx, by download or by calling 1-800-964-6379. PERIOD OF CONTRACT:The period of contract shall be for the spring/summer/fall seasons of 2025. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to four (4) additional spring/summer/fall seasons subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are mutually acceptable to the City and the Contractor.INQUIRIES:Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than Friday, 24 January 2025. Should the MERX system not accept the inquiry, bidders may contact the Contracting Authority by email.CLOSING DATE:All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 06 February 2025.
