PURCHASE OF ONE 3 TON JIB CRANE - NB

Description : This procurement is subject to the Quebec-New Brunswick Procurement Agreement and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Bidders are requested to include specifications on product quoted with the bid. To supply and delivery of one (1) new 3-Ton Jib crane at VMA Edmundston Repair Facility. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED DOMUMENT WHICH CONTAINS SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS. The jib crane should meet all the criteria of Section 1 of the attached specifications. The equipment is to be supplied with operators manuals (French and English) as per Section 2-a) of the attached specifications. Manufacturer's warranty shall be supplied with an authorized repair technician located within the Province as per section 2-b) of the attached specifications. WARRANTY must be valid within Canada. Bidders price shall NOT include any amount in the bid price for the Harmonized Sales Tax(HST). The contract will be awarded based to the lowest compliant bid, meeting all terms and conditions of the attached specifications. Prior to award, references will be required as per Section 3(a) and (b) of the attached specifications. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THEIR BID IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOW.
