- Description:
- The Province is responsible for gathering public input through various mechanisms including public opinion polling. This research helps inform programs, policies and key initiatives. The Province is issuing this PQR to create a Standing Offer List of Pre-Qualified Contractors capable of delivering a range of public opinion research services to support various research projects of Purchasers. Public opinion research methods would include (but are not limited to) telephone polling, telephone-to-web polling, online polling, in-person and virtual focus groups, machine learning tools, mixed methods research, advertising campaign evaluation, and interactive dashboard reporting. The Services provided by Pre-Qualified Contractors will supplement and complement, as needed, those services provided by the Province.
