Pursuant to the Municipality of South Bruce By-law 2021-88 Sale and Other Disposition of Land Policy, Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of South Bruce Council declared Municipal lands to be surplus and now intends to dispose of the said lands by bidding process, as authorized by By-law 2021-88, described as: Description of Lands: Roll No. 41 05 010 006 12403 0000; PT LT 10, 15 PL 95 AS IN R293879; SOUTH BRUCE, 8 Adam Street N An illustration depicting the affected property is available for review at the Municipal Office located at 21 Gordon Street East, Teeswater, ON during normal business hours. Tenders are invited for the purchase of the lands described above and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on November 21, 2025, at the South Bruce Municipal Office, 21 Gordon St. E., Teeswater Ontario. Sealed Tenders must be delivered to the Municipal Office at 21 Gordon Street East, Teeswater, ON in the prescribed form and must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a money order or of a bank draft or cheque certified by a bank or trust corporation payable to the municipality and representing at least 10 percent of the tender amount. Minimum Tender Amount: $5,000.00 plus all associated costs including legal and survey
