- Call For TendersTender No. PT-2024-SDSP-944Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Signalling Equipment House HVAC Upgrade ProgramELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on May 12, 2025 Please respond with intend to bid via Merx ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONYour Submission forthis opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Only the Submissions of qualified Bidders will be considered foracceptance by Metrolinx, in accordance with the Submission requirements and Evaluation and Selection Process. In order to be considered qualified, the Bidder shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of Metrolinx it has: satisfactorily completed 2 contracts for work similar in scope, magnitude and complexityas "the Work of this Contract"; and The Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactory completed two (2) project involving similar value, size and complexity to the Work of this Contract. achieved at least one (1) of the following safety requirements: CORTM Certified status with theInfrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA); or ISO 45001 certification; or Out-of-Province COR™ Reciprocity (for bidding purposes only) through IHSA. For more information on COR™ ReciprocityMetrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its solediscretion.
