- Call For Tenders Tender No. PT-2024-RTSF-951 - Roof Replacement Over Bus Wash at Steeprock Bus Facility Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for PT-2024-RTSF-951 for Roof Replacement over Bus Wash at Steeprock bus Facility.Work includes but not limited to: Work staging coordination with facility staff; Deactivation of existing fuel line, power, sprinklers, HVAC, communication and other overhead systems; Set up of hoarding including full height tarping; Onsite conflict check and submission of work plans; Submission of as measured weld-in-place truss shop drawings; Submission of metal soffit shop drawings; Supply and removal of all required temporary support systems during weld in place truss work; Removal and disposal of existing roof and steel deck, existing temp. roof support system, existing trusses designated to be replaced. Supply and install proposed weld-in-place trusses and new roofing system, including wall penetrations for proposed trusses. Weld inspection shall be performed by a CWB certified inspector as approved by the Contract Administrator. Adjustment of lights and sprinkler heads to new metal soffit inside bus wash; Hanging existing overhead conduits and pipes onto new roof; and Testing and commissioning.
