Description : Call For Tenders Tender No. PT-2021-CMLE-342 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions Kitchener Corridor Expansion - Package 1, Railway Track, Signal and Station Work A Mandatory Site Meeting/ GO Bus Tour of sites will be held at Thursday October 14, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. ******Refer to the Tender document for Mandatory Site Meeting location and instructions regarding a mandatory COVID 19 measures screening sheet, release of liability form to be completed and submitted to the Procurement Representative prior to this Mandatory Site Meeting as well as proof at the site that the Bidder has completed the Metrolinx Personal Track Safety (PTS) course that will be required in order to attend. **** Bidders must wear full Class 3 PPE including Safety boots with 6” ankle support, safety glasses - non tinted/ mirrored, safety hat, Class 3 level 2 HVSA Safety shirt with reflectors on front and sleeves and Class 3 level 2 HVSA safety pants with reflectors and a face mask. Failure to comply shall result in exclusion from the site resulting in the consequences stated in Section 3.2 of the Instructions to Bidders.
