Description : Tender No. PT-2020-RCDV-155 Metrolinx is accepting Tenders for Construction of Culvert Modification - Mile 50.00 Guelph Subdivision. A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 26, 2020. Please refer to Tender Document for exact meeting location. Failure of Contractor to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from bidding. All Bidders, their employees, agents, Subcontractors and Suppliers, shall execute a release of liability form and the Health Screening Form (COVID-19), and return it to the Procurement Representative two (2) days prior to the mandatory site/information meeting in order to access the site. Failure to comply shall result in exclusion from the site Contractors must wear hard hats, steel toe safety boots, reflective safety vests and protective eyewear in order to sign in for the site meeting. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site. Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $50,000.00 in the form of a bid bond payable to Metrolinx.
