This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Peace River Regional District ("PRRD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Facility Condition Assessments as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) owns and operates a number of facilities used for a variety of purposes and is seeking a consultant to determine the condition of these facilities, determine the remaining serviceable life, prepare funding scenarios for maintenance and capital expenditures and or replacement, prepare preventative maintenance plans and prepare energy audits.
The facilities to be examined include:
1) PRRD Main Administration Building - 1981 Alaska Avenue, Dawson Creek
2) PRRD Warehouse - 1636 99th Avenue, Dawson Creek
3) Charlie Lake Fire Hall - Firehall Road, Charlie Lake, BC V0C 1H0
4) Moberly Lake Fire Hall - 6494 Lakeshore Drive, Moberly Lake
5) North Peace Fall Fair Grounds - 15177 Rose Prairie Road, Rose Prairie
