Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendorsThe City is reviewing its investment in secure remote access technologies. Our goal is to manage and operate Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Remote Access solutions that enable City Services to be delivered securely and remotely, where possible. Our objectives are improved customer service, provide better outcomes, and save money. The City is seeking an exceptional, experienced Proponent that can bring the people, process, and technologies together . The Proponent must have competencies needed to address Citrix virtualization, networking, and mobility therefore the Proponent would hold a Citrix Solution Advisor- Platinum or a Citrix System Integrator designation in the Citrix Partner Program. Recognizing this RFP is issued during the extraordinary event of '2019 novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) Pandemic, The City-s mid- to long-term purchase spend will be driven by results from ongoing increases to COVID-19 remote response. The Preferred Proponent will influence The City-s Citrix adoption and rollout timing. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process.
