Summary Details:
The RFP concerns the City's interest in procuring consultant services to continue to undertake the Transportation Panel Survey for a period of three (3) years (2021 - 2024) with the option of two (2) three (3)-year extensions, for a maximum total term of nine (9) years. Details of the City's objectives and requirements to which the RFP relates are set out in Part B - Scope of Work of the RFP. The City welcomes Proposals respecting innovative or novel approaches to the City's objectives and requirements.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Proponents should submit their Proposals on or before the time and date specified in the bottom row of the table in Section 2.1 (the "Closing Time").
Each Proponent should submit its Proposal by email in accordance with the following:
Subject of the file to be: PS# - RFP - Title - Vendor name.
Document format for submissions:
-RFP Part C in PDF format and any other attachment if necessary - 1 combined PDF file,
-Appendix 3 (pricing tab) in Excel format, and;
Zip the files to reduce the size or email separately if needed.
