The housing model will require oversight of the property, which is intended to include up to 12 bachelor units, with the possibility of some accessible units, and an office onsite. The site is currently in the schematic design phase, and the intention is to involve the successful proponent of the RFP application in the design development of the site. The City of Stratford is the owner of this property. The anticipated contract start date is fall of 2026.
