Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch (“ECC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply and install of a granular paving at the site of a future maintenance yard as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done in Spruce Woods Provincial Park, located approximately 12 km north of Glenboro, Manitoba. The project site is adjacent to a lagoon and is accessed by local roads. Work site location will not be occupied during construction; however, a staff bunkhouse is directly west of the site. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic should be safely managed during construction activity.Preferences In consideration of Manitoba-s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this tender is only available to Canadian proponents who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation.
