- Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with IBM Canada Limited for the Provision of SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Support ("AMS") Services. DESCRIPTION: IBM Canada Limited will provide AMS Services for the SAP SuccessFactors modules currentlyutilized by the City. The AMS Services will include new service requests and minor enhancement activities to sustain the City's existing operations, and administrative support. TERM: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2028 The three (3)-year time & materials contract is valued at approximately $109,164in Canadian funds, based on approximately 298 hours of professional services per year.
