Description:
Lacombe County Council has recently determined to construct a new reservoir and fill station which will fill larger water trucks more efficiently than the County-s existing bulk-fill station in the area (located in Mirror). Functionality, scalability and versatility of this new station is important, as its use must accommodate 20 Litre residential refillable water bottles to 62,000 Litre B-Trains. Additionally, Lacombe County-s Public Works Storage Building in Figure 1 would also be supplied by this new reservoir and fill station. Furthermore, the facility needs to be adaptable and intentionally designed for this future distribution system. A seamless integration from a bulk water truck fill to include a distribution system is critical. Costly and invasive modifications to this new facility soon after construction would be highly inefficient and undesirable. By submitting a response to this RFP, each Proponent accepts its terms and conditions. In addition, by submitting its response each Proponent waives all claims, rights, demands and the benefit of any provisions of any statute, rule of 2025 Provision of Project Management Services for a Bulk Water Fill Facility law or regulation that might adversely affect the rights of Lacombe County under this RFP.
