Full title: Provision of Project Management Services for Demolition of Alexander Docks and Associated Site WorksD4. SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of project management services to support, coordinate, and oversee the planning and implementation of the partial demolition of the existing Alexander Dock and associated site works in preparation of site's overall redevelopment, including:(a) Facilitating communication with and between the City, FRC, and all contractors, subcontractors, and other design and engineering consultants retained by either the City or FRC.(b) Diligently managing project schedule.(c) Assisting the City's Consulting Contractor Administrator (as indicated in D2), as needed, with the preparation of presentation and/or briefing materials for meetings with City Management and/or Elected Officials.(d) Assisting FRC, as needed, with the preparation of presentation and/or briefing materials for meetings with FRC's Shareholders and Board of Directors(e) Developing, maintaining, and reporting on overall project budget complete with monthly status updates and forecasting.(f) Budget and invoice monitoring, tracking, and reporting to the Consulting Contractor Administrator.(g) Managing reporting and progress claims that may be associated with the funding sources applicable to the project.(h) Preparing bid documents and leading the procurement of a prime demolition contractor, including:(i) bid evaluation and contractor with...
