Detailed_Description : Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) Services to support OPS compliance with the Ontario Blue Box Regulation, under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016. The successful vendor will be responsible for registration, reporting, and compliance activities on behalf of OPS ministries.
Scope of Work : •Engagement of a Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA)-registered PRO to provide compliance, reporting, and data consolidation services.•To enable OPS ministries to meet legislated regulatory compliance under Ontario Regulation 391/21 (Blue Box Regulation) by January 1, 2026.•Services commencing January 1, 2026, for a two-year term with a one-year extension option.
