Information for Proponents
The Metro Vancouver Regional District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Proposals for the provision of small motorized watercraft servicing.
SCOPE:
The scope of work includes, but may not be limited to, the provision of leasing services of outfitted, light and medium duty vehicles on an as and when required basis for a term of three (3) years, with the option to extend the term for two (2) additional one (1) year terms to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Corporation.
It is anticipated that vehicle lease terms may range between six (6) and twenty-four (24) months.
The Corporation reserves the right to, in its sole and unfettered discretion to award, in whole or in part to one or more Proponents. It is the intention of the Corporation to enter into agreements with up to three (3) leased vehicle providers. Award of any agreement(s) will be based on such items as a Proponents technical abilities, location and proximity to the Corporations operations and financial proposal.
