Description : The PRWMC Board is asking for RFP to provide engineering and environmental services to our Waste Management Facility located near Peace River. The facility includes a Class II MSW Landfill, a Class III Inert Waste Landfill, a Class III Compost Pad, a Class II Industrial Landfill, and a Waste to Energy Facility. All working under an AEP Approval with an estimated 10,000 tonne of municipal, and an estimated 150,000 tonnes of industrial waste per year. We also have 7 transfer stations with 6 located throughout Northern Sunrise County and one located on the landfill site. Waste diversion is a priority for the company. We have many diversion strategies in place and will continue to explore new and expand current strategies.
