- Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Comprint Systems Incorporated, o/a "DataFix" for the provision of an Electronic Voters' List and Related Services.
DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes the provision of an electronic voters' list, software and service, Municipal VoterView software and service, remotely-provided training in Vancouver, customized reporting, GIS component, and extended technical support.
REASONS FOR THE DIRECT AWARD: Under the City's Procurement Policy (ADMIN-008), Section 9.1 (b) 'Other Exigent Circumstances Precluding an Effective Competitive Procurement'.
TERM: 1 year
The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City-s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
