DJ24-453P Provision of Double-Sided Digital Sign/Double Sided Read-O-Graph/School name Wall Sign.
The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract(s) with qualified Bidder(s) for the Provision of Double-Sided Digital Sign/Double Sided Read-O-Graph/School name Wall Signs for Various TDSB Sites for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below:
The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a two (2) years with four (4) optional extensions in favor of the TDSB for a period of one (1) year each. All prices provided in the Pricing section of this RFP are to be firm for the initial contract term of two (2) years.
The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for four (4) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period.
The Board reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.
This RFP will be evaluated on the following Criteria:
1. Price 35 Points
2. Rated Requirements 65 Points
Company Profile/Overview 20 Pts i) Has experience in signage work of comparable complexity and scope Examples of Ground and Wall signs on recent Institutional or Educational projects 20 Pts Permitting abilities 15 Ptsi) Dedicated staff who deal with city permits and variances
