Description:
Under this RFX, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in EV Charging Infrastructure meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20251129-ENG-RFP - Scope of Work_Final. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this
RFX in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFX.

Term of the contract & options

The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City-s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).

Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
