- NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP to submit proposals for Provision of Auditing Services Not-for-Profit Nursing Homes.This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of three (3) years with two (2) options to extend for an additional one (1) year period each.At the time of RFP issuance, a final decision about the requirements of external audit services for the Foundations has not yet been determined, therefore, we are asking for proposals to provide pricing inclusive and exclusive of the Foundations.
