TRANSPORTATION CONSTRUCTION PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS PROTECTED BIKEWAY PRE-CAST CONCRETE CURB UNITS TENDER CALL 2025-090A The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for the purchase of protected bikeway pre-cast concrete curb units. Tender documents regarding thiscontract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by e-mail at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125. The latest revision and amendments of the Procurement Act, S.N.B. 2012, c. 20, the Goods and Services Regulation 2014-93 - Procurement Act, O.C.2014-273, shall applyfor tendering procedures. A Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.
