Prosthetics Services Vendor Application Process

WorkSafeBC's prosthetic services program is for services required when a worker's compensable injury results in the loss of a hand, finger, ear, foot, arm, facial feature, or other related appendage or anatomical feature and/or where an injured worker's prosthetis must be fabricated, maintained, repaired, adjusted or replaced, as required. Prosthetic Services can be provided by a Certified Prosthetist, Anaplastologist, or Ocularist.
If you are operating a clinic in B.C. with a prosthetist, anaplastologist, or ocularist, and want to work with WorkSafeBC after January 31, 2022, you'll need to complete and submit the applicable Vendor Application Form. Instructions on how to submit your application are posted on WorkSafeBC web site at the following location:

· The application process is open to all prosthetics clinics, whether or not you currently have a contract with WorkSafeBC;
