Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Coastal Health Authority ("VCHA") (the "Health Authority"), through its collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Post Warranty Services for Storz Lithotripter System for a term of three (3) years at an estimated value of CAD$396,709.00 (including taxes).
