- Starland County is requesting proposals for the construction of an equipment building in Rumsey, AB. Starland County will work with the contractor on prepping the site and providing the required base material. Minimum dimensions of the building must be 55' x 72' x 18'. The layout will consist of three bays with two overhead doors measuring 14' x 16' and one measuring 16' x 16'. Two man doors are required for access and egress. The building will include a concrete floor that needs to be a minimum of 6" with control joints and rated for up to 60,000 lbs. In floor drains with proper grading must be included. A minimum of a 10' apron in front of each bay must also be completed.
