Scope of Tender The Village of Viscount is accepting tenders for the following residential property: Civic Address: 106 Carlton Street, Viscount, SK Legal Description: Lots 13/14, Block 8, Plan M5243 Property Size: 21.34 m x 36.58 m Details: The property includes an old derelict building. Knowledge of Property The property is being sold on an “as is” basis. No warranties are offered or implied regarding the condition of the property. Bidders are strongly encouraged to view the property and make allowances in their bid for any conditions, at their sole discretion. A property inspection report is available upon request. To arrange a viewing, please contact the Village of Viscount at viscount.office@villageofviscount.ca or 306-944-2199. Purchasers Responsibility The purchaser shall have six (6) months from the date of title transfer to demolish the existing building and restore the property to the satisfaction of the Village of Viscount. All required permit applications must be submitted and approved, and all associated fees paid, prior to the commencement of demolition. The purchaser shall have twelve (12) months from the date demolition is completed to construct a new building on the lot. All required building permit applications must be submitted and approved, and all associated fees paid, prior to the commencement of construction. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the transfer of title.
