The Board of Directors of Isles of Innisfree Non Profit Homes Inc. has requested assistance from the City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services to administer their tender process.Attached are the tender documents to Bid for Property Management Services for Isles of Innisfree Non Profit Homes Inc. Isles of Innisfree Non Profit Homes Inc. is a fifty-eight (58) unit townhouse/stacked townhouse community housing provider located in the City of Greater Sudbury. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning April 1, 2025. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.The enclosed package provides details of the services required. There is information that you should note as follows: Services must include bookkeeping, twenty-four (24) hours per week of on-site administrative property management. Maintenance services are already provided on-site by maintenance staff. Applicants must be familiar with the requirements of the Housing Services Act, 2011 and have experience managing community housing. These applicants will be given priority consideration. Applicants must be willing to sign the attached Management Agreement, no exceptions.
