Description:
Cooperative Homes of Prosperity & Equality Inc. (H.O.P.E.) invites proposals for the provision of property management services. H.O.P.E. Co-op is a non-profit co-operative community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors requires twenty (20) hours per week of on-site administrative property management to be scheduled as four (4) hours per weekday, during business hours, including one evening per week. The services are to be provided on-site at 80 Barry Street in Sudbury, Ontario. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2026. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory performance evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, October 1, 2025 by Cooperative Homes of Properity & Equality Inc., C/O City of Greater Sudbury Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.Proponents may obtain the tender documents at the City of Greater Sudbury Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9 or by calling (705) 674-4455 ext. 4644 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday or by email at denise.stonge@greatersudbury.ca.IMPORTANT: The lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
