Description:
This Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is an invitation by the Board to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Proofpoint Email Security Products and Services. Hardware, software, technical support and software upgrades are to be included as identified in the requirements, as further described in Appendix A Pricing Form.
The successful Bidder must be an authorized re-seller of Proofpoint Email Security Products and Services including hardware, software and technical support, maintenance, and software upgrades.
Through this RFQ process, the Board anticipates establishing a contract with the selected bidder(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. The successful Bidder will be contracted for a one (1) year term for the provision of the Proofpoint Email Security Products and Services. TCDSB reserves the right to extend the contract with the successful Supplier for two (2) additional one-year period subject to satisfactory service and pricing at the TCDSB-s discretion.
