PROJECT : WEST KELOWNA CITY HALL - TENDER PACKAGE 2 : CONCRETE WORKS, BUILDING U/G M & E SERVICES, BUILDING EARTHWORK & PRECAST STAIR CONCRETE
Bird Stuart Olson (BSO - "Construction Manager"), on behalf of City of West Kelowna (CWK - "Owner") Invites trades Contractors to Bid for Tender Package 2 for the above said Project.
The Scope of Works for Tender Package 2 as follows;
1. CONCRETE WORKS - For Foundation, Sub-Structures and Superstructures
1.1. Supply and Install Concrete Formworks including Concrete placing.
1.2. Supply of Ready Mix Concrete
1.3. Supply and Install Reinforcing bar
2. UNDERSLAB / UNDERGROUND M & E WORKS - (@ building below Slab on Grade)
2.1. Supply and Install Mechanical U/G Services - Plumbing, Sanitary, Storm, Gas & Misc. Mechanical Services.
2.2. Supply and Install Electrical U/G Services - Power, Telecommunication, Data cabling / outlet & Misc. Electrical Services.
3. BUILDING EARTHWORKS
3.1. Excavation and Backfilling for Building Foundation
3.2. Supply and Installation of Radon Rock
3.3. Supply and Installation of Base course gravel for Building SOG.
3.4. Supply and Installation Membrane and Insulation @ Below Grade wall
3.5. Supply and Installation of Weeping tiles and washed rock Assembly
