- The Ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply and deliver one (1) exchange main rotor transmission assembly which includes a swashplate and main rotor shaft, as part of an overhaul exchange program for use by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Aviation Services. The qualified Vendor must be a certified Airbus service centre. Scope of Work The OPP operates Airbus EC135P2+ twin-engine helicopters. The approval to operate the EC135P2+ helicopters is based on the aircraft manufacturer's (Airbus) requirements for overhaul intervals. The main rotor transmission assembly is required to be overhauled every 5000 hours.
