Description:
Supply Ontario intends qualify Bidders for a multi-vendor, category expansion to the Vendor of Record for Next Day or Best Available Courier Services in the upcoming months. This VOR category expansion will be for a period of 11 months plus an optional one-year extension. The VOR will be mandatory for use by the Ontario Public Service and available to Ontario Broader Public Sector entities on an optional basis. A Vendor of Record (VOR) is a vendor that has been pre-qualified and registered to supply goods and services to government ministries and other public sector entities. Scope of Work The procurement will be for the Temperature Controlled Courier Services to a broad range of clients that could include ministries and government agencies, school boards, healthcare facilities, municipalities, correctional facilities. The type of temperature-controlled services to be included in this procurement are: 1. Temperatures: • Controlled Room (15°C to 25°C) aka - Ambient • Refrigerated (2°C to 8°C) aka - Cold, Chilled • Frozen (-10°C to -25°C) 2. Delivery Speed • Same Day • Next Day (or best available)
