Description:
Trillium Gift of Life Network (TGLN) is a major clinical business unit within Ontario Health and is responsible for delivering and coordinating organ and tissue donation and transplantation services across the province. Since 2006, TGLN has been recognizing and honouring organ and tissue donors and their families through its Donor Family Services aftercare program by presenting the donor families with medals, cards, and memorial necklaces to thank them for their selfless decision to consent to giving the gift of life. These elements are unique and essential components of the aftercare appreciation and support provided by TGLN's Donor Family Services team. Ontario Health is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver the medals, necklaces, enhancement cards to donor families to support the continued operations of the Donor Family Aftercare Program. The initial term will be for two (2) years, with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
