Description:
Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking responses to a Request for Bids (RFB) for Vehicle Acquisition and Upfitting Services. This is a multi-vendor Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for vehicle acquisition and upfitting services on a continuous and as-needed basis to support OPS fleet requirements for variousClients across Ontario. This is the first refresh of this VOR arrangement. The intention of this refresh is to provide an opportunity for new Vendors to join the VOR arrangement that was established in July 2024. SO establishes enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangements for various commoditiesthat may be accessed by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and Non-OPS Entities across Ontario. Scope of Work The Vehicle Acquisition and Upfitting VOR arrangement is divided into three separate sub-categories that are described below. It is expected that an enterprise-wide VOR arrangement will beestablished as follows: • Category 1 General Vehicle Acquisition Including Police/Special Service Enforcement Vehicles; • Category 2 General Vehicle Upfitting and Accessories; and • Category 3 Custom Vehicle Fabrication. A Bidder may bid on one or more categories and must have the infrastructureand supply network in place to serve and support all regions of Ontario.
