Description:
Through this RFB, the Ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply and deliver laundry chemicals along with automated mechanical and electronic injection chemical dispensing systems. These dispensing systems must be sealed systems, dispense precise dosage of cleaning chemicals and be installed within the current footprint of the existing equipment that measures 26 inches length x 10 inches width x 8.5 inches height. The Ministry also requires the Vendor to provide regular maintenance services and equipment inspections throughout the Term of the Agreement. Scope of Work The objective of this RFB is to establish an Agreement with one (1) Vendor for the supply and delivery of laundry chemicals, automated feed systems and related technical services for the Ministry of Solicitor General, at Trilcor Central Laundry, located at the Maplehurst Correctional Complex in Milton, Ontario. Information Session Date and TimeFebruary 18, 2025 at 14:30 (Toronto time). Interested Bidders are asked to register via email to Corina Georgescu no later than 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on February 18, 2025. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided. The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry-s requirements, as set out in the RFB.
