Description:
Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from qualified healthcare professionals from various health disciplines such as nurses, social workers, traditional healers, knowledge keepers, and others, excluding physicians, for the position of Central Regional Clinical Co-Lead, Palliative Care. Priority will be given to candidates who have direct experience working with First Nations, Inuit, Métis, and urban Indigenous peoples. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with regional partners and provide clinical leadership to the evolution of the palliative care system in Ontario. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Clinical Programs or a Vice President responsible for palliative care in the corresponding OH Region. In addition, this role will have indirect reporting and accountability to the Provincial Clinical Co-Leads, Ontario Palliative Care Network. This position plays an instrumental role in shaping regional palliative care delivery systems and implementing regional initiatives aligned to provincial priorities.
