Description:
The Justice Ronald Lester Youth Center is seeking to procure a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to maintain its healthcare services and meet the current and growing medical and mental health needs of its youth population. Scope of Work The primary objective of this procurement is to provide specialized, on-site healthcare that goes beyond routine nursing care, ensuring a higher level of medical expertise and continuity of care. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in diagnosing and managing chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and delivering comprehensive care plans tailored to each youth-s needs. Optional Information Session: December 30, and time 13:00. (Toronto time). Mandatory Site Meeting: Vendors must register for the site visit by contacting the RFB Contact through the Q&A section. Only vendors who register by January 3, 2025, will be authorized to enter the facility. Vendors must identify the name of the person(s) (Maximum of 2) that will attend the site visit.
