- The Ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply and deliver up to three (3) Hydraulic Combi Rescue Tools to be used by the Ontario Provincial Police (“OPP”). The Deliverables will be used by the Tactics and Rescue Unit (“TRU”) members in training and in operations, in a variety of scenarios. The Deliverables are a tactical tool to be used to gain access to vehicles in high-risk extractions, in hostage rescue situations, where an arrest is necessary, to extract trapped OPP members, suspects, and witnesses.
