Description:
RFB for supply and delivery of naloxone hydrochloride injection 0.4 mg/ml Ethical Schedule in ampoule format for the Ontario Government Pharmaceutical and Medical Supply Service (“OGPMSS”), Ministry of Health (“MOH”). Scope of Work The Vendor will be responsible for supply and delivery of naloxone hydrochloride injection 0.4 mg/ml Ethical Schedule in ampoule format, to OGPMSS when requested by OGPMSS on an as-needed basis. When requested via Purchase Order, the successful vendor will deliver the Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection 0.4 mg/ml Ethical Schedule in ampoule format FOB Destination, Freight Pre-paid to: Ontario Government Pharmaceutical and Medical Supply Service Ministry of the Health 99 Adesso Drive Toronto, Ontario L4K 3C7 or to another location within Ontario.
