Description:
RFB for the provision of a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) Ticketing and Admissions System for SLPC Historic Sites (Upper Canada Village, Fort Henry and Kingston Pen Tours) which provides for the sale of tickets to access the sites various programs and special events. Features such as open ticket sales for anytime admission within a date range season specific, to ticketing for a specific date and time range, with associated limitations on number of tickets available. Admissions capabilities required to validate tickets to ensure each one can be used only a pre-defined (normally one) number of times. Other requirements defined in the procurement package. Scope of Work This RFB is intended to procure a Ticketing System in time for the 2025 operational season, together with ancillary services, to support three of SLPC-s seasonal tourism offerings: (i) Upper Canada Village, (ii) Fort Henry National Historic Site of Canada, and (iii) Kingston Pen Tours- (each an “Entity”). The sites are known collectively as SLPC Historic Sites. This system is the method by which tickets are sold and verified so that customers may gain access to the SLPC Historic Sites program offerings.
