Description:
Invest Ontario (“Agency”) requires a managed service provider for the Agency-s administrative operations related to payroll, finance (accounting), and expenditure management and support for the acquisition and management of the related supporting commercial off-the-shelf software system(s). Scope of Work Managed service provider will be expected to manage: • Payroll administration and processing; • Financial information management, full cycle accounting and payment processing, audit support, and reporting; • Expense reimbursement processing; and • Reconciliation of systems and accounts. In compliance with the Agency-s internal policies, Canadian Public Sector Accounting Standards as established by the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB), and applicable payroll and employment legislation in Ontario. To support the above, this project also requires the managed provider to: • Identify and procure commercial-off-the-shelf, cloud-based software solution (s); • Plan, configure, implement, and maintain ongoing operations of software solution(s); • Lead change management initiatives and training to support with transition; and • Provide transition services between systems including the migration of historical information. The solution(s) must be operational no later than April 1, 2025. Solutions are expected to be executed remotely.
