Description:
This Market Sounding Exercise (the “MSE”) is initiated by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by Centralized Supply Chain Ontario operating as Supply Ontario (SO). The intent of this process is to engage industry and foster dialogue to better understand the market and for potential suppliers to understand Supply Ontario needs. Supply Ontario is using the market sounding strategy to bring supplier perspectives to its thinking at an early stage of the process and to encourage suppliers to participate in this open dialogue. Supply Ontario wants to listen to the opinions of experts who are at the leading edge of Standardized Back-end Solutions. Scope of Work The SBS initiative will deliver an industry best practice standard approach for core business functions of Financial Management Systems & Human Resources Information Systems across Ontario public sector entities to drive a ‘one- entity view.
