Request for Bid - Printing of the 2025 Fishing Regulations Summary and 2025 Hunting Regulations Summary Scope of Work This Request for Bid is an invitation to a prospective vendor to provide printing services for the Ministry of Natural Resource-s 2025 Fishing Regulations Summary and 2025 Hunting Regulations Summary. The 2025 Recreational Fishing Regulations Summary (FRS) is a printed 144-page book plus cover. The 2025 Hunting Regulation Summary (HRS) is a printed 100-page book plus cover. Both summaries outline regulatory information, general information, and licence fees. Each summary is printed in English and in French and available online in AODA-compliant digital pdf versions for web in both languages. The Vendor shall provide paper stocks that are environmentally certified by one of three standards - Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Canadian Standards Association (CSA) or the Sustainable Forest Initiative (SFI), with a minimum of 30% being FSC certified. The vendor shall print the summaries, pack in double walled cartons, and label cartons with labels provided by Purolator. The Ministry of Natural Resources will coordinate the creation of and delivery of Purolator labels provided to the print vendor, as well as the pick up/distribution of the summaries.
