Description:
The Ministry is planning to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to acquire up to four Licensees to provide access to the Ontario Business Registry (OBR) and deliver business-related government products and services. Scope of Work The core services to be offered by potential licensees to their service clients contemplated in the RFQ include one or more of the following: • Statutory Services: Including but not limited to government products and services such as: incorporations, business name registrations, annual returns, notice of change, initial returns, renewal of business names and more. • Value-added Products: The Licensee may also charge a fee for Value-Added Products and Services related to OBR data. A value-added product or service may be created by combining Statutory Services with non-OBR data or services.
