Description:
To establish a Vendors of Record (“VOR”) arrangement to provide mass mailing services on an as-needed basis for overflow work that cannot be handled through OPS internal resources and for contingency planning when internal services cannot be offered in the event of a unforeseen circumstances e.g. flooding, power outage, equipment failure. Scope of Work The Ministry requires the vendors to provide a high volume of printing, folding, inserting and mail services reliably, and cost effectively on an as-needed basis. Materials that are to be distributed may include but not limited to: letters, posters, books, binders, reports, brochures, bulletins, forms, CDs and kits. The Ministry intends to select multiple qualified Vendors to provide Mass Mailing Services throughout the province of Ontario. Successful Bidders will be put on the Mass Mailing Service Vendor of Record list and will be requested to submit quotes on projects (second stage selection) as applicable when the need arises.
