Description:
The Ministry of Health (“MOH” or "the Ministry”) intends to work with one (1) qualified Microsoft Solutions Provider for the provision of email licenses and tenant management service of its existing Microsoft Office 365 (O365) email tenant. The initial term of the agreement is twenty-four (24) months, followed by one (1) optional term of twelve (12) months at the Ministry-s sole discretion. The commencement of the term may start as early as June 10, 2024. Scope of Work The Selected Bidder shall provide the Solution, as listed below, during the term of the agreement: 1. Supply and maintain five thousand two hundred (5,200) Exchange Online Plan 1 user email accounts licenses & approximately twenty to thirty (20 to 30) unlicensed admin accounts, as per Section 1.3.2 of this RFB document. 2. Manage the existing O365 Email tenant, namely the Tenant Management Services (“TMS”).
