- PHO is seeking consulting services to review the PHO IT outsourcing strategy, assess the services to be outsourced, and based on PHO-s approval, develop the technical requirements/specifications for an upcoming competitive procurement for a Managed Services Provider (MSP). Referencing the IT Services Towers diagram in Appendix A, the successful vendor shall provide the following deliverables in a phased approach as defined by PHO below. The Vendor shall provide status updates at throughout each phase of the engagement via weekly status reports and status meetings. The Vendor shall provide a final implementation plan and contingency plan prior to the start of Phase 1 based on the draft plan provided as part of their submission.
